We are the only company in Italy able to independently manufacture every part of our C-arm systems. We design, engineer and manufacture every critical component of our device: from precision mechanics and firmware to DICOM integration and our proprietary digital imaging software and high-voltage generator, Planarix™.This fully integrated approach guarantees total quality control, maximum component synergy, and complete independence from third-party hardware or software suppliers.
Research & Development
Our internal R&D department has been advancing digital fluoroscopy since the 1990s.Instead of simply following market trends, we engineer dedicated solutions designed to simplify daily surgical procedures, giving medical teams intuitive, effective tools they can rely on every day. Test
Every product undergoes rigorous internal testing before reaching the customer, ensuring the utmost reliability and quality in each delivered item.
Creation
Every C-Arm is designed, engineered, and built completely in-house. From mechanical CAD drawings and electronic circuitry to low-level firmware and imaging software
Training
Micronica conducts training courses to equip on-site technicians with advanced skills. Our goal is to train technicians capable of precisely addressing systems requiring assistance, minimizing service interruption times.

Micronica is already in compliance with IEC 60601-1, EU MDR 2017/745, UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2021, FDA 510(k) and TFDA.

Worldwide Presence
Over 800 C-Arm systems installed worldwide
Today, over 800 MICRONICA C-Arm units are actively operating in surgical rooms worldwide, primarily integrated through OBL partnerships.
Our company installed a 60.00kWp photovoltaic system consisting of high-efficiency photovoltaic panels and string inverters to convert the energy produced. The objective of the project was the installation of a photovoltaic system for self-consumption to meet annual energy needs. Union support financed the project under the POR FESR 2014-2020 programme (Axis 4 - Action 4.2.1).
